Looking for a lucrative and rewarding career?
ERG Property Advisors, a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm located in Chelsea, NYC, is now hiring salespeople.
Responsibilities:
• Establishing a new client base while managing relationships with existing clients.
• Researching commercial properties including tracking and compiling real estate transactions
• Searching for available listings while updating and maintaining the company contact database.
• Networking with real estate owners, appraisers, bankers, lawyers, title companies, and brokers.
Qualifications:
• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Real Estate, or Economics Majors a plus but not mandatory).
• Must be motivated, disciplined, out-going, and detail-oriented. We’re looking for ambitious self-starters who are ready to hit the ground running.
• Solid computer skills are required, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• NYS Real Estate Sales License and/or Experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be well spoken with strong interpersonal, customer service, and communications skills, both verbal and written. (Please specify any additional languages spoken.)
